Seureca Consulting Engineers is a French engineering consulting firm, formed from the merging of Seureca and Space International, established respectively in 1959 and 1991. Both firms were grouped together in 1998 in order to reinforce their respective capabilities.

Seureca is able to offer any kind of services in water, sanitation and environment engineering from the identification stage to the elaboration of master plans, detailed design, tender documents, supervision of works and technical assistance.

The vast experience gained from prestigious projects carried out both nationally and throughout the world (Riyadh, Baghdad, Cairo, Alexandria, Nairobi, Lisbon, Saint Petersburg, Lima, Manila, Paris, etc.) enables Seureca to offer comprehensive consulting services to a wide spectrum of clients, including national and local authorities, and diverse public or private bodies.

Its integration within a huge operator Group enables Seureca to provide a unique point of view, both engineering and operation oriented. It is therefore particularly experienced in organizational and technical assistance projects.

The Company works closely with bilateral (French Agency for Development or Ministry of Finance under French protocol) or international financing institutions such as The World Bank, EEC, Asian and African Development Banks, etc.

Seureca employs a team of eighty highly qualified people, including Senior Experts and Project Managers in complementary disciplines, who practice the latest in state of the art techniques, and can rely on the expertise of the 250 000 employees of Veolia Environnement.
